  • You work with a "wellness nurse" BEFORE you start showing the symptoms of your lifestyle choices. A wellness nurse assesses your wellness condition and guides you through the strategic planning process.
  • Wellness nursing is PROactive, not REactive. This model guides you to make smarter targeted lifestyle choices that facilitate wellness.

$500 initial set up, weekly follow up sessions  $150 each. (30 minute visits-6 visits min.) Intensive Wellness Plan development and demonstration with adjustments and personal monitoring of accountability statistics such as: weight, measurements, body fat to muscle ratio, food and activity logs, also any pertinent fitness testing. {Note: all accountability statistics are individual to the clients needs.}Unlimited email access.


 

Skype or Phone Sessions

$375 initial set up, weekly follow up sessions  $100 each. (30 minute visits-6 visits min.) Wellness Plan development and explanations with adjustments and personal monitoring of accountability statistics such as: weight, measurements, food and activity logs, *body fat to muscle ratio if available. {Note: all accountability statistics are individual to the clients needs.}Unlimited email access. 

 

Email Sessions

$250 initial set up, weekly follow up sessions  $75 each (6 follow-ups min.) Wellness Plan development and explanations with adjustments and personal monitoring. (Weekly email discussion and evaluation of accountability statistics such as: weight, measurements, food and activity logs, *body fat to muscle ratio if available. {Note: all accountability statistics are individual to the clients needs.} Emails will be answered in depth weekly.
